The USS Sisyphus receives word that they'll soon be inspected by Space OSHA, or SOSHA, prompting Captain Baxter to remember his high school days in a small town, where he and his friends Bill, Danny and Sammy desired nothing more after graduation than to work menial jobs and drink themselves to death. Baxter ended up joining Starfleet to avoid that fate, and his example spurred Sammy to get a job with SOSHA. The crew jumps into action to get the ship inspection ready, clearing out shuttle bays of hypodermic needles and disposing of contraband, but the SOSHA inspectors arrive early. To Baxter's joy the inspector is Sammy himself, aided by Bill and Danny, who he has gotten jobs. Wandering the ship they find Ferengi weed Counselor Japhy was trying to destroy, its potency far beyond anything Starfleet would allow Japhy to use for therapeutic purposes. Luckily, after making him(along with Lt. Fassbingder and Cmdr. Hayes) smoke it all, they reveal they've arrived early to help the Sisyphus prepare before their official inspection. Captain Baxter, Sammy, Danny & Bill decide to throw a raging party to serve the dual purpose of disposing of any remaining contraband on the ship and reliving their youthful desire to party themselves to oblivion. When the incriminating substances aren't disappearing at the desired rate they're beamed directly into the crews' blood stream, quickly reducing the crew to a small town-high school student level of incapacitation. In this state of mind Captain Baxter fires on the SOSHA vessel, which luckily survives the volley but files a report against the Sisyphus. For old times sake Baxter's friends promise the report will go missing and a more favorable one will take its place.

With Special Guests Alex Fendrich as Sammy Sosha, Bill Arnett as Bill, and Danny Mora as Danny.
